Ramsey Residents Directory is a privately run reference for public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections connected with Ramsey, Minnesota. It does not host government records and is not connected with a public office, court, or record custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish the service's content
- Disrupt the service's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here or from a linked search tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

Government portals and outside services, including sponsored search tools, apply their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, cost, or handling of data.

The original text, design, logo, and layout of this site are protected by copyright. Linking to any page and quoting brief excerpts with attribution is welcome; republishing full pages or systematically copying content is not.

10. Cutting Off Access
We may block or restrict any user who violates these terms or abuses the site, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Governing Law
Minnesota law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Minnesota's Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. §13.03, supplies the public-data access baseline for records held by government custodians; it does not make this private reference a custodian.
12. Severability
